سلالة سودان رومي (Sudan Rume) هي فصيل بري نقي ونادر من الأرابيكا تم اكتشافه عام 1940 في جنوب السودان، وتتميز بأشجارها شحيحة الإنتاج وجيناتها المقاومة للأمراض التي جعلتها مصدراً أساسياً لتطوير سلالات هجينة شهيرة. عندما تخضع للمعالجة المجففة الطبيعية، تقدم القهوة ملفاً عطرياً فريداً يجمع بين الفواكه الحمراء الناضجة والإيحاءات العشبية والتوابل النادرة مثل الهيل والنعناع، مما يجعلها خياراً استثنائياً للنخبة وعشاق التميز

Sudan Rume Natural is a rare, ancient wild coffee variety originating from the Boma Plateau of South Sudan and curated by Cofinet using a meticulous natural process. This distinct bean breaks traditional flavor profiles by offering a botanical character paired with jammy sweetness, featuring aromatic notes of sweet spices and fresh mint, and flavors of raspberry jam, lemongrass, and a crisp eucalyptus finish.
