1. About us
www.neboroastery.com is operated by Rawabi Nebo Coffee Company Ltd (شركة روابي نيبو للقهوة ذ.م.م), a limited liability company registered with the Companies Control Department of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under registration no. 71390 (national establishment no. 200198939). Jordan is our country of domicile. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Refund & Return, and Delivery policies.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown and charged in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. We describe our coffees and equipment as accurately as possible; coffee is an agricultural product, so tasting notes are a guide and may vary slightly between harvests and roasts. We may correct pricing errors and update our range at any time; an order is only accepted once we confirm it.
3. Orders and payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our licensed payment provider, and cash on delivery where available. Card payments are processed securely by the payment provider over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if payment cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-order items show an expected delivery date on the product page. Payment is taken when you place the order. If the date changes we will inform you, and you may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose and are charged before each shipment. You can skip, pause or cancel before Thursday 6:00 pm (Amman time) of the shipping week. Subscription prices are the same as regular prices; we do not offer discount codes.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within Jordan. Timelines and fees are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
8. Restricted use
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We do not sell or deliver to any country or person subject to OFAC or other applicable sanctions.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Nebo name, logo, photography, recipes and text, belongs to Nebo and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Jordanian law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
