The Name: Named after the pristine, crystal-clear natural waterfalls flowing through both properties—a vital water source that both families actively and passionately protect. Community & Impact: Today, this project has grown into a sustainable alliance uniting 50 families in the Gera River Valley (Jepelacio district). Together, they work ecologically to cultivate exceptional specialty coffee while supporting their community and preserving the environment"
