The Story Behind This Coffee

Ethiopia at its most expressive. A natural anaerobic lot, fermented slowly to push sweetness forward — nectarine and coconut sugar over a ripe, juicy core. Roasted light to keep every note intact. A filter coffee to drink black and slow.

Brew Recommendations

Pour-over (V60). 15 g : 250 g (1:16). Medium-fine grind. 94–96°C. Bloom 45 g / 45 s.
