NEBO Refund & Return Policy
1. Our Commitment We stand behind every bag of coffee and every piece of brewing gear we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
2. Coffee — Roasted to Order Because every bag of NEBO coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds on coffee for reasons of change of mind, taste preference, or grind selection. We strongly recommend exploring our origin notes and brew recommendations on each product page before ordering, or reaching out via WhatsApp for guidance.
We will replace or refund coffee orders in the following cases:
- The coffee arrived damaged or with broken/compromised packaging.
- You received the wrong product.
- The order is materially defective.
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@neboroastery.com with your order number and photos. Approved replacements are dispatched on the next Saturday roasting cycle.
3. Brewing Gear & Accessories Unused brewing gear, accessories, and CAFEC products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- Items are unused, in original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Coffee that has been opened, used, or whose grind has been customised.
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care.
- Gift cards.
- Sale, clearance, or limited-edition items, unless defective.
4. Subscriptions Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders For COD orders, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, at your preference.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email info@neboroastery.com or WhatsApp +962 77 555 0866 with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (for gear) or approval of the claim (for coffee).
